I have been Going here for about a year now and wanted to wait before I did a review To be sure on how I felt . The atmosphere alone, everyone being kind looking you in the eye and giving you the best service they could possibly provide which they have been doing. I Don’t normally like to write reviews unless of one of two circumstances one being absolutely phenomenal or the complete opposite. I assure you, these folks are more than phenomenal. I’ve had a lot of work done and couldn’t be happier. The level of care, the quality of the materials they use, I had a crown put in somewhere else and a crown put in from these folks and their side-by-side and the one from South Shore Smiles is a huge difference in quality. In addition to that we couldn’t just get the color right and they kept sending it back over and over again until it was done right. That level of care you just don’t see anymore I Remember first going in there on my first day for an evaluation and the level of detail just from that and what the game plan was for me to have a good smile again was thorough and exceeded my expectations. I’ve been to several dentist offices in my years, and I can truly say nothing compares to this place South Shore Smiles. I didn’t feel lost in the crowd or a number I was treated like a person. That’s why I like small businesses that’s why I highly highly recommend you give these folks a try you Won’t regret it. The best part is, I can finally Smile with confidence and I thank them for it.

Dr. Cheng is my dentist and her professional service delivery is exceptionally great. To qualify this seemingly understatement, she appears to have and showed natural passion to the patient care, combined with superb clinical skill, professional knowledge and inclination pertaining to my individual dental needs. She helps me choose the best available treatment options. I can honestly say that she is the best dentist I have encountered thus far. Aside from the high quality of her service, I, perhaps, may not come to South Shore Smile, if I did not receive such a warm, friendly and supportive services from all front desk staff. 5 stars for all! This practice is phenomenal. As a new patient, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Started with routine preventative care and most recently had some dental work done and I could not have been happier. The atmosphere is very welcoming and comfortable and the facility is immaculate. From reception to the doctors and everyone in between I could not have had a better experience. Highly recommend this dental practice! Thanks again!
