Today was just a consultation, but everyone I met was extremely personable and spoke to me like an individual and not just another “sale.” I believe I met with Cassie (I really suck with name retention, but that’s on me). We went over the various options for implants, as well as traditional dentures. She explained the breakdown pricing and provided information on the financing companies they accept. She described the Complete Dental Physical, which is the second step in the process, providing Dr Collier with the necessary knowledge on how best to proceed. I never felt pressured to make any decision on the spot, which is the complete opposite of past experiences. If I move forward with the procedures, I feel quite confident in Dr. Collier and his team.

The staff was exceptional, Kaitlyn was wonderful, sweet,kind patient. The gentleman at the desk was pleasant and welcoming. The facility itself was beautiful, very clean and beautifully decorated. Dr Jason Collier was also a very pleasant knowledgeable person who explained the procedure I would require and listened patiently.
The young lady doing the xray was also very pleasant and helpful.

I put off having dental implant surgery alot longer than I should have, mainly because of the pain I thought would accompany the surgery. I was so wrong! There was some pain of course, but nothing like I was dreading and it was easily controlled. And Dr. Collier and the whole staff really want you to ask questions and understand each step along the way. I love my new smile and I’m so grateful to them all.
