I will say my children and I have been going here for years and always had a positive experience. However, I made appointments and like some humans do I woke up late and let them know I would be able to make it in 30 minutes and if not I’ll reschedule and the doctor was very rude and aggressive towards me. He said “you know this is 4 appointments I have to cancel we lose money and if this happens again we will not be able to service you anymore, like what’s going on”. I get it, but he could have relayed that to me in a more professional/polite manner. Not to mention we are a family of 5 and have been going to his office for years. So, I took my business else where , Riccobene….best decision! And much more friendly/kid friendly!

I apologize for not doing this sooner, I had a very positive experience with my new dental hygienist Andrea, and she made me feel like family. The cleaning went flawlessly. The whole staff is polite, and you get the family atmosphere vibe. …. The first visit was great, the next couple were not so good, and I haven’t been back since. Sorry, I’m not angry but not for me

I am a patient of this facility for over three years and still loving the staff! The Hygiene team keeps my smile on point and feeling phenomenal! They seem to have a very fun and professional atmosphere. Always on time and always polite must be the policy. My favorite Hygienist so far is Andrea Gomez and the wonderful service she provides!
