I would give five star to the dental clinic. Dr. Wang is professional and efficient. Robyn and Christine at are always nice and helpful.
I’m giving a 3 star today because of the lab they work with. I’m getting a crown for front tooth that needs color stain, which requires me to be physically in lab. I was told the work would be done by the owner and the appointment was booked 2 weeks ahead. But the lab assigned a young girl to do the work, she tried her best but the color stain turned out totally unacceptable. The owner then showed up grumpy and carry on with the work. I have to wait in the lab almost 4 HOURS!
BTW, you’ll have to pay for your parking.

I hated going to the dentist until I discovered Southwest Dental. Even before I stepped foot into the clinic, the staff sent me friendly reminders about my appointment. When I walked in, Robyn made me feel welcomed and at ease which is very different from other clinics where they seem to be in a rush to get patients in and out as fast as possible. My hygienist Lillian was great and professional. The session was so relaxing and stress free I dozed off several times and I left with more confidence in my smile than ever before. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is uncomfortable going to the dentist or just wants an overall amazing experience!
I would highly recommend the team at Southwest Family Dental Clinic. The receptionists, dental assistants, and dentist were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. It was such a good experience for me that I immediately booked my little ones in for “happy appointments” that were 100% positive experiences for my kids (my toddler had a negative dentist experience somewhere else). If you have little ones, definitely choose a dentist who is good with kids! We will definitely return to this office!
