This has been my dental office for almost 3yrs.
The dentist is great. However, I recently encountered an unpleasant event with the receptionist. The receptionist had email me with 2 appointment dates. I had replied to her email with the date and time. I showed up for my appointment last Saturday 30mins early. I was informed by the receptionist I did not had an appointment on that day.
The receptionist then informed me she had booked my appointment for 2 weeks later. Which I was not informed about.
And if I would like to wait 2 hours she has a time sloth available.
She proceeded to say I did not email you a remind so you should have known. Also I did not confirm your appointment.
Which I had never received a confirmation for any of my previous appointments.

I had a similar experience last yr when I canceled my appointment 3 days before the actual appointment date.
I received an email from the receptionist a week later saying I should cancel my appointment in a time manner. Then 2 more emails reminding me to cancel my appointments in a time manner.
I then inquired what is the cancellations time . I was informed it was 24hours before the appointment. I informed her i had cancel my previous appointment 3 days before the actual appointment.
I am disappointed how this was dealt with. It showed a lack of accountability and a lack of professionalism.
Unfortunately these are the reasons I would not be going here anymore.
In order for me to attend my appointment I had to make arrangements 2 weeks in advance and drove 1 hrs there. Plus I delayed my trip an extra day for this appointment.
I had a dental emergency and this was the closets dental center to me, I was visiting Toronto. I’m super happy that I went here – Dr. Ghorghorian (he is super awesome ) handled my case super well, provided with quick referrals for other procedures. Super highly recommend him – you will be in great hands !
Very Professional, dental work was promptly done with very gentle hands.Thanks a lot for a turnaround on my chipped tooth got my smile back.
