I went to see a dentist, as I had heard my front tooth crack, as I was chewing a bone. I hadn’t been to a Dentist in 3 years, as I don’t enjoy going to them. I knew I had to go, so I rung St Ives Dental Group and booked an appointment. When I turned up, I had to fill out paper work and was then waiting to see a dentist. The dentist I saw was Dr Chandni Bhikha. She has to be the BEST dentist I have seen. She took Xrays of my tooth and worked out that the tooth had cracked under the gums, and needed to be extracted. I had to come back the next day, to get the extraction done, ( i was nervous as hell) Chandni reassure me that everything would be ok and there was nothing to worry about. I sat in the torture chair, and before I knew it, she had injected my gum and extracted the front tooth (I didn’t feel a thing). She is a great asset to the dental team of St Ives Dental Group. She has change my feelings towards dentist. Chandni, it was a pleasure being your patient.

My wife was grateful to be given an emergency appointment for a broken tooth at the St Ives Dental Group; especially since we are from Qld.
Reception staff were welcoming and friendly.
Dr Su-Lin De Souza was quick to diagnose the problem. She clearly explained the treatment needed and was very gentle in her approach. She also went out of her way to assist with treatment by our regular dentist, when we return to Qld.
I have recommended the practice to my son, who lives locally.

Appointment available quickly. Treatment friendly and professional. A very good outcome which was less drama than I thought would be the case. Cost was reasonable for the procedure with what was done no more or less than was appropriate. Recommended for either regular or urgent treatment. A large practice with flexible hours, including weekends, has many advantages
