The whole team at St. Raphael’s Dental Care is fantastic. I initially called last year to inquire about their services, but I didn’t get a chance to book my appointment for teeth cleaning until now. My experience in interacting with the front office staff last year is just as wonderful as it is now a year later.
I saw Dr. Le for my teeth cleaning and exam and she was great along with her assistant. Very thorough and will definitely be coming back to see Dr. Le for my next appt, thank you! I also saw Dr. Barsoum for an ortho consult. She took the time to explain the process, and she is very down to earth and makes you feel comfortable. I did not feel any pressure to do anything.
Overall, the staff is kind and respectful to not only the patients but to each other, and I highly recommend you try St. Raphael.
Quick note about parking. There is an underground parking lot right next door. Reasonable rates, similar to what you would pay anywhere else downtown. Street parking can be difficult to find. Next time, I will just take the subway.
I had such an amazing experience here! everyone from the receptionist, dental assistant and Dr.Le were courteous, professional and extremely skilled. I’ve had some negative experiences with dentists in the past so I was nervous to go, but now I wish I would’ve gone earlier. I was seen on time and my appointment wasn’t rushed, I also felt like I wasn’t being pressured to do treatments that weren’t needed. I was having some issues figuring out my insurance and the receptionist sorted it all out by the time my appointment was finished. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dental office.
The dentists and staff at St.Raphael’s Dental Care are very professional, knowledgeable and caring about my needs and concerns. They all contribute to a wonderfull stress free dental experience. They are extremely supportive: especially after I broke my tooth, and had to have a root canal and crown procedure to restore my beautiful smile. I highly recommend St Raphael’s Dental Care. I also greatly appreciate the central location and easy accessiblility.
