This office is fantastic! I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Drayer and his staff. I had a lot of work done, during the course of having braces, by Iryna. She was kind, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Dr. Drayer at each appointment was also wonderful with bedside manner and eagerness to give the best results. After years of hating my teeth, I am thrilled with my results. I would highly recommend. A lot of appts and billing questions were answered by Jennifer who also sticks out as being a courteous assistant. I was referred by 4 members of my family were correct in saying I’d have a great experience. Dr. Drayer was the 3rd consultation I had. I was so comfortable on the first visit we began the process then. He even referred me to a great dentist to assist in cleaning and keeping my teeth healthy during, now after, having braces.

Front desk was always very nice. After you walk to the back it felt like I was in their way. I had my retainer redone 5xs due to poor fitting. There was never an apology, they tried to make it seem like it was fine when I couldn’t even get them off without HARD pulling until I made it clear it wasn’t ok. It was very odd almost like they were blaming me for the poor fit after that. I’ve had a retainer for years and never had these issues. There was never a greeting each visit or a have a nice day just kind of walk away to the next patient and you are left not sure if that was it and if you can leave. I’m afraid I wasted $600 out of pocket for it as it’s still ill fitted but after 5 return visits I just couldn’t do it anymore. I’ll have to spend an additional $600 somewhere else unfortunately. They might be great with kids but I can’t recommend for adults.

Everyone at this facility is quite nice, very pleasant. Dr. Drayer is very knowledgeable. He and his team work well together, they are quick and efficient. They listen to you, are very reassuring and encouraging. I’m in my late 60s and got braces to save some of my bottom teeth. It was a creative solution suggested by my dentist (Dr. Rosenblitt) and Dr. Drayer was so confident in what he could achieve, I signed up immediately. Payments are affordable and spread out. It’s been so long since I paid for my son’s braces, I don’t remember cost to compare but I have no insurance now and still signed on bcz of Dr’s confidence and enthusiasm – I got enthused! I’m winding down and can see how great my teeth will look. I’m thrilled with that and saving my teeth. Highly recommend.
