There are FAR too many amazing things I can say about this office and its staff. I have a really complicated dental history, so I have always been anxious and extremely uncomfortable with dental work. Stevens Family Dental is changing the way I feel about going to the dentist. They are so incredibly understanding towards me, and I assume others, who struggle with getting dental work done.

Some things I really find convenient about this office is that it is always clean, I never have to take a seat and wait when I show up for my appointment, and I always know exactly what work is being done.

But the real highlight of this office is the staff (amazing people) that work here. From the ladies at the front desk (Hello Lisa and Leslie — you both are so sweet and amazing!) to the hygienists and assistants/techs. I have had the most comforting and understanding experiences with Courtney and Polly. And Dr. Stevens is incredible. She is attentive to concerns, answers all of my questions before starting any work on me, offers me options to help me feel most comfortable, and walks me through everything my appointment will entail that day.

The office has also been very transparent with me about costs for every appointment. Before I go in that day, I have already received an estimate of what my treatment will cost, what insurance will likely cover, and what my likely out-of-pocket would be. I never feel blindsided by the bill I receive after the appointment, and that is so refreshing in dental care.

My biggest of thank you’s to the staff who make Stevens Family Dental what it is — I appreciate you all, and I never thought I would say that I actually look forward to going to the dentist. But it’s because of this office that I can finally say that I do!

Front part of my crown chipped off. They worked me in within 2 days. I have a temp on and am waiting for my real crown which will come in about 3-4 weeks. Temp is great and fits perfectly. It was time for my yearly, so I did x-rays and am now up to date. Staff was great, appointment was on time. Really liked Dr Stevens who was recommended by my daughter and other friend. She did gum measurements which my regular dentist has never done, so I loved that. And she told me to wear my Night Guard because teeth grinding can effect your gums – never heard that before; I am now wearing my Night Guard nightly I highly recommend Dr. Stevens and her preventative care.

Steven’s Family Dental provides incredible service above and well-beyond expectation. Each staff member treats patients with utmost care and concern, demonstrating authentic personal interest through all parts of the dental experience. While I landed there through an emergency situation, I immediately transferred all my dental care to this business. Steven’s Family Dental provides a level of personal service rarely found anywhere from any business. I cannot say enough good about them.
