My partner and I came to Dr. Sheng’s dental office as new patients and were both blown away by the hospitality and care that was provided. The staff were extremely helpful and kind, answering any questions we had about our insurance and being flexible in helping us book appointments that accommodated our schedules. I was fortunate to have Betsy as my hygienist, who was not only personable in making a new patient like myself feel comfortable, but also took great care in doing my cleanings. Dr. Sheng was a very knowledgeable dentist and provided helpful advice on how to better care for my teeth at home. I would highly recommend considering Dr. Sheng’s and her team for new patients who are looking for dental care!

Dr Sheng and her team at Stratford Smiles are top notch! They always give me great advice about how to improve my dental hygiene technique. My hygienist Betsy takes her time and does such a thorough job. My teeth feel so nice and clean afterwards. She also let me know if would be a good idea to use a thicker type of floss which will protect my gums better and I am taking her advice for sure. The receptionist is wonderful as well! I haven’t been to the dentist in ages and since I recently moved decided that it was time. The staff were absolutely lovely, kind and extremely helpful. Dr. Sheng is amazing and she’s always checking in to make sure I’m ok and comfortable during my appointments.
