Police should investigate this dental clinic. I would like to express my disappointing experience I had at this clinic and the dentist. I know this clinic because my sister goes to this dentist and has undergone many treatments in the past. So, I needed a check-up and went there. The preventive treatment they suggested cost almost 2000EUR in total (which includes 4 fillings , 2 wisdom teeth extraction, 1 root canal treatment, 1 deep cleansing, 1 implant also one temporary implant), which was incredibly expensive imo also they called me 2 times afterwards asking me when I want to start my treatments and told me I can pay it by dividing it in multiple payments, which made me realise this clinic cares a lot about their profit. After seeing my sister’s implant and her overall dental health, I became doubtful of this dentist and clinic. During my trip to Istanbul, I visited another dental clinic to get my teeth checked, and to my surprise, I didn’t require all the treatments they had recommended. I only needed 3 fillings, 1 inlay, and a polishing. I am not complaining about their price and they have all the right to charge their patients with how much they want. However, trying to perform multiple (not just one) treatments that aren’t necessary, doesn’t sit right. It’s not about the price difference between Turkey and Italy, it’s about how they offered me treatments that weren’t necessary in the beginning. I did my research before choosing the clinic in Turkey and they are one of the advanced and best clinics Istanbul, and their price was not the cheapest but it was average. And the dentist tried to keep my natural teeth as much as possible rather than trying to perform multiple severe treatments which wasn’t necessary.

Excellent clinic. The staff are fantastic and very skilled. I had a complex piece of work needed and they resolved it. They also made me feel very at ease.

Finally, I want to thank you for the flexibility. I had some tight timelines to do this work and the clinic helped slot it in last minute.

Very nice and warming place! I had an amazing experience as a foreigner. I had to contact them for an emergency situation and they replied so fast and solved my problem. The receptionist was very helpful and kind. Thanks to Dott. Alberto Catellani, I felt comfortable and in the safe hands.
