Had a very good dental cleaning experience on my last July 2024 visit (appreciate the very gentle execution on my teeth from the hygienist)
… on the other hand I felt that are pushy from enrolment day to perform lots of repairing teeth work, full examination, pictures, X-rays … I had the feeling that they wanting to suck dry all your insurance $$$ ASAP (total claims for one visit like around $1,000 which was supposed to be only cleaning per my original request) … hahaha. Was told me by front desk secretary that the insurance company will cover like 90% from claims, but later some are rejected not being covered – I was never mislead about coverage in my previous experience with other dental cliniques.
My opinion is that as a patient, we shall feel firstly the interest shown toward humanity, not for $$$; this is a wrong medical approach.
All my previous places I felt better treated as a patient. Don’t feel recommending this place …

It seems that few days apart from my appointment, there are other client(s) having similar bad experience: being misled by front desk that the insurance will cover the service, but in the end the patient had to pay from his pocket. Posted on reviews.)
Looking for a dentist? Look no furthe!. I had a wonderful dental experience. The staff are professional and friendly. Service was great, and they really care about your dental health. They have done a great job! During the procedure, they always ask how you’re feeling, and that brings comfort. I used the washroom, and it is very clean, so that says a lot. There’s plenty of parking space and is very close to most popular bubble teas, Korean hotdogs, and restaurants. This location is very convenient as well. If you have no car, you can take a bus to get here and get off at Finch and midland. Overall, they have done a great job on my teeth, and I would highly recommend this place. They have such an amazing staff! One thing to mention too is that they always send you notices prior to your appointment, and that really helps me keep on track. I really appreciate this gesture! Thank you, and keep it up!
The staff, from reception/cashier are approachable, the assistants esp Ellen and Pam are very nice and so helpful and most of all Dr. Arlene is fantastic and great on what she does. She’s has a gentle and kind personality. She explains the procedure first before she does anything. She always make sure that the job is well done and that the patient is more than satisfied of the result. Patient will feel comfortable and happy as soon as you enter the clinic and after. The place is always clean, fresh and has a positive and warm feeling. Highly recommended to everybody!!!
