The appointment I booked on zocdoc was for dental cleaning so I expected to get my teeth cleaned. When I got to the clinic, they did imaging for 10 minutes and then wanted me to return on another day for the actual cleaning. I was already there, imaging only took 10 minutes but they won’t accommodate me for the very reason I was there. Despite that, they still charged my insurance for $293, AND still want me to pay out of pocket for $46. So this is why they forced me to leave my credit card on file even when I didn’t want to. They contacted me to settle otherwise they will charge the card on file. Not even an hour had passed and they had charged the card. I disputed this with my bank. All of that for wasting my day (I had to skip work) without cleaning my teeth which was the appointment I booked. This is not how you do business, and not how you provide healthcare! ALL MONEY!!!
Beyond grateful to have found such a phenomenal dental office. The staff creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere that eases any anxiety. I was extremely nervous for my first intensive procedure at Sunny Days (due to traumatic dental experiences at other dentists in the past); but, the option of laughing gas makes the process painless and anxiety-free. Over time, I stopped requesting the nitrous oxide because Dr. Shah and her incredible team of dental wizards consistently work their magic, making even the most challenging procedures comfortable. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Editing my review after a poor experience – They have started adding surprise fees to their services. Even if your insurance covers routine cleanings, expect extra charges. If you change insurance, that’s at least a $75 charge for “processing”. I had a routine cleaning after changing insurace and walked out with a $250 invoice after insurance. The total bill out of pocket would have been over $400
