3 star is giving to the front desk on last Sunday about bracing consultation. This staff is not nice but also in a hurry to end up our conversation. During the inquiry,just answer back with that you can compare to other clinics. Request of being seated is rejected. As a mum of two kids, consulting about braces,which will not be a small money, really had a bad consulting experience from the front desk.
During the last one and a half years,my kids all received excellent teeth cleaning and filling service there. They love there.That’s the reason we went there for brace consultation. To be honest, the attitude of this front desk really made me feel hesitate to go anymore.

My friend gave me recommendation to Sure Dental Group this year. I went to Sure Dental several times with my family later. All stuff there were very nice; the environment was clean and professional; the doctors and assistants were friendly and patient. They called me to followed up with the teeth recovering situations after the operations and gave me suggestions. I felt satisfied with this service very much. I had a tooth extraction last month. The doctor explained to me about the extraction process first which helped me to release much nerves at the beginning. The whole process was smooth. It’s a great experience and I will recommend Sure Dental to my friends!

Excellent dental experience! I had a checkup and teeth cleaning at Sure Dental. Dr. Zhang checked my teeth carefully and explained the treatment plan in details. The cleaning service was also great. I didn’t feel any pain although I have very sensitive teeth.

Overall, the clinic is clean, the front end staff is friendly, and the dentist is patient and professional. Highly recommend!
