I had a very disappointing experience with Swish Dental during my crown treatment. They charged me for extra upgrades without clearly explaining them upfront and got me to sign off on them without my full understanding. After that, I told them I needed preventative teeth cleaning, which was supposed to be covered 100% by my insurance. However, they insisted I undergo a gingivitis cleaning first, which wasn’t covered fully.

To make matters worse, they diagnosed me with needing additional fillings, which seemed excessive. Since my treatment, I’ve been experiencing pain on the side where the crown and fillings were done, and I can’t chew properly.

Their finance department is a complete scam. They send different amounts to insurance companies, who negotiate lower rates, but Swish Dental won’t return the excess money to you, even though their documents clearly state they will. I’ve tried calling their financial department multiple times, but they never pick up.

I chose this place because of the numerous 5-star reviews, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Dr. Stone is barely involved in the process; his assistant does most of the work. I would not recommend Swish Dental to anyone based on my experience.

I tried this business because my usual dentist wasn’t available to me for 3 weeks when I had a crown pop off. That, of course, was not going to work and I found Swish online. They had an appointment the next day and I gave them a shot. The office is new and modern and every person in there was professional and courteous, which is great to see.

The dentist had a great bedside manner and made sure he had a good grasp on what was going on before moving ahead. They took xrays immediately and moved ahead with reattaching my crown. I think I was probably out of there within half an hour of arriving and was extremely pleased with the experience.

I know my issue was fairly simple, but based on what I saw while there, Swish is my new dental office.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Laura at Swish Pflugerville! Her work is truly impeccable. Laura is incredibly thorough and goes above and beyond to ensure I am comfortable throughout my entire visit. She is not only the sweetest person, but also exceptionally knowledgeable in her field. Her professionalism and caring nature make each appointment a pleasant experience. If you’re looking for a top-notch dental hygienist who genuinely cares about her patients, look no further than Laura. Highly recommend!
