This clinic showed us service beyond excellence. A little background – we are not from Australia, but were visiting and knew our son needed a dental procedure which we weren’t keen on him having done in the country where we live. I contacted the Sydney Specialist Dental Group a few months before our trip, explained the situation and we’re very professionally, yet kindly, guided through what appointments he would need, and even provisional bookings for the different options for treatment. The clinic itself is modern, spacious, clean and clearly designed with making children feel comfortable. We saw Dr Sally Hibbert who is a highly experienced dentist, and again, very professionally and clearly explained all we needed to know to make informed decisions for our son. He had his dental treatment under general anesthesia and the process was absolutely streamlined, clearly explained and conducted with care and kindness. I am so glad we picked this clinic – everyone from the practice manager (Zoie) who liaised with us before we even came to Australia, the practice staff, the clinicians were professional and kind. Thank you all.

Finally! A dentist that understands and is patient. As someone who has serious dental trauma, it takes a lot for me to feel comfortable and confident in my dentist. I need time to put my nerves at ease, receive full details about my diagnosis and have the time to process to make clear confident decisions, have options provided to me and understand fully what is about to occur. I also need a number of comforting items. All of which this dental practice has been able to provide. I have been twice, once for a diagnosis and clean and second time for a filling. Whilst I have not enjoyed it, it has certainly been the best experience I have had in my life. I plan to continue my dental care here. For this reason I would recommend this dental practice for children and adults with dental trauma.

Dr. Diane and her team are amazing. She made my daughter feel comfortable especially considering the amount of dental work she required. Dr Diane Tay explained everything in detail and was very patient. I felt like she was taking care of her own child. I would highly recommend her as she has a special gift with speaking to children and keeping them calm and painfree as possible. I found her to be very experienced and knowledgeable. Her front administration staff are great communicators, organised and easy to deal with. Thank you again Dr Diane and team.
