First appointment, they made a mistake for the time. My appointment was suppose to be two hours later than they had confirmed. So when I arrived, I showed them on speaker phone, the message that was left. They decided to begin the appointment and take the necessary X-rays. The technician was the only helpful person there – very nice and professional. Then I waited for the doctor, who never had time to see me, despite their mistake and the urgency of the needs. They charged me full price for the visit. We schedule another appointment a few days later for 430pm. Then I receive calls and texts at 230 asking if I am almost there. I told them 100% we had confirmed for 430 pm as I had my agenda out and was working around another appointment from 130-330, so that 430 was the only time that I could book. I then receive an email AFTER, at 247pm, to confirm my presence for my appointment that same day at 230pm. I’m guessing that someone realized that they made a mistake and tried to cover it up. This is ridiculous.

This is my second visit with Dr. Sylvain Giasson and on this second visit his “job well done” was greatly appreciated. This was an emergency for a broken tooth and after a call to his office on Friday morning during this covid 19 period Dr. Giasson returned my call by 1:00pm the same day to inquire about my problem, then set up an appointment for today Monday at 10:30 a.m I was back home before noon being very satisfied. I highly recommend him and his assistant for their quick turn around and work.

I never thought I’d say that I look forward to going back to the Dentist! Extremely impressed with the service here at Symbiose. Not only is the clinic well kept, beautiful and clean, more important, the staff and Dr. Zaki are kind, friendly, professional and efficient. Rare and hard to find! Highly recommended if you want to feel that you are in good hands.
