We were looking for a great dentist in Dumaguete but sadly, they’re the worst. Extraction was superb especially the young dentist who was her daughter. The procedure they’ve done was rushed and the cavities were not totally removed then they applied pasta right away and now the tooth looks like it has shadow. A few weeks later, the tooth started to tingle especially when drinking cold or even not that cold. While doing the procedure you’ll feel like you’re getting a facial wash or you’re in a salon instead of a dentist. The daughter or young dentist asked if the procedure done was okay since she noticed the outcome was bad or there was like a shadow and the other dentist just whispered something. In an unprofessional way or Filipino attitude, it’s just like saying pwede na yan or okay lang yan. Probably discriminating since we’re not dressed that properly
We don’t give second chances, even though we would like to get another appointment or complain about what they did. It kinda feels like, why would we go back if in the first place you could’ve fixed it or maybe just inform me about the mess and give me another appointment for you to fix it? If you have money to go to a dentist then don’t waste it here. Or maybe you can wear elegantly so that they can treat you like a celebrity while doing the procedure LOL

Got my root canal done. Top notch service. Been operating for 20 years, high experience.
Been there in November 05 2022, The staff did genuinely make me feel comfortable which I very much apprechiate it…I look for this quality because I am the kind of patient that will freak out and needs extra special pampering.
Very convenient location, it’s near the Ceres bus station.
Highly recommended.
The TV is always running in the waiting room so that’s a plus.

From a superb ambiance to a very approachable assistant and of course a professional and super-friendly Doctor, Dr. Marilou Sy who goes an extra mile to make her clients comfortable. I feel very comfortable during my visits at the clinic and have been very satisfied with the services I get.
