Went for a clean and a check. It was okay, but the clean could have been done more thoroughly on the sides and the back. I was missing that fresh feeling when you would usually come out of a clean. For the check, I was told things are OK. Would have liked a bit more explanation, maybe even a visual of my x-ray. It felt abstract and didn’t really understand the checking points. It was okay, but it was missing the extras that would make you think it’s the best dentist ever, and that’s where you want all your treatments done.
I am a nervous patient and had to book an emergency appointment. Bianca Coveva had patience in abundance and put me at ease immediately. She kept me informed of the process and eased my fears. Even the onward appointment to have the tooth extraction was simple, straightforward and I have to thank Amie Mellor also for her professional courtesy. I will definitely be using this practice again and have no fears in doing so.
From the moment you arrive you are made to feel comfortable and a calming environment. The dentist Dr J, is professional, that puts you at ease. Very clear at explaining (as I feel anxious, I often don’t process all information) Dr J used x-rays and images to explain and confirmed. I actually feel like I can have a good smile again.
