I saw an advertisement that there is an offer going on, @899 for braces. When I called for booking the reception told me it is “almost expired”.
Even though it is last day of offer and there is an appointment slot also available as per reception but clinic refused to entertain us.

The clinic management is very responsive, I received a call shortly and he explained the situation in a polite way and also extended the same offer.
