I really can not fault this practice, I’m a new patient and both my wife and I have received excellent care despite some complex problems we both have due to Covid, moving house and not seeing a dentist for a number of years. Firstly the reception staff, each and everyone of them show empathy and concern. Appointments are always available at a time convenient to you and should you need to rearrange, as I did yesterday, they make you feel just as important (special mention to Lisa). I have seen 2 dentists now, 1 being an emergency appointment and the dentist I’ve seen previously is on annual leave. Extremely friendly, competent and happy to explain causes and treatment options. I really can not fault any part of this practice. Thank you.

Three weeks ago I had the misfortune to lose a piece of tooth, I felt panicked and stressed as I’ve never had anything like that happen before. I called up and was offered an appointment within a couple of hours. I met the pure loveliness of Daanish and Anisha. They understood my stress and assured me I wouldn’t lose the tooth and that it could be repaired and even better it could last with a temporary filling till pay day! Today they did the permanent fix to my tooth, explaining and reassuring me all the time. The room was so hot as temperatures outside soared and yet there was nothing but calm professionalism from them , while I was a sweaty mess. Thank you for making a trip to the dentists a pleasure.

A small part of my tooth chipped off recently and exposed a cavity, I rang up the dentists and they had me booked in just a few hours later. I had a lovely female dentist, I’ve never had any procedure done at the dentist before so I was a little nervous and she was really helpful explaining everything and calming my nerves. After a general check up they had time to do the filling right then and there. It was a very quick pain free procedure and I’m extremely happy with the result. All within the same day my tooth has been fixed & I am pain free, really happy with my experience I would definitely reccomend.
