I thought a dental extraction would not be able to go this wrong. But it was an absolute nightmare. This is definitely the best word to describe this practise as mentioned in other reviews. I can’t even fit everything into a review because of the back and forth of the trauma that this clinic has caused me. Not only financially but mentally with trusting dentists and practises within the Netherlands.
Starting with reception, the receptionist is not friendly and whole handedly- assists in dental examinations with no personal protective equipment.
The doctors are very unprofessional.
Unhygienic and tools did not come packaged so, you must trust that all the tools are clean and sanitary.
There was no display of any dental accredidations made on the walls. The cabinets and washrooms are absolutely filthy and smelly.
Getting down to the real problem-
I had 1 molar taken out of my mouth; it costed 150 EUR for 1 tooth on an “emergency Sunday”. I understand the emergent cost.
When I got home and removed the gauze after 30 minutes of bleeding I had discovered a piece of bone or what I thought was tooth at the time.
Why wasn’t this verbalized to me upon leaving the clinic- really confuses me. The lack of medical information put forth to their patient is integral for patient education and post care treatment. This information was unfortunately missed and undocumented within their system which resulted in the second part of this nightmare.

I went back to the clinic 30 minutes after (1 hour after extraction).
The receptionist verbalized that I would have to pay for another dentist to examine my extraction area to determine if it was bone or tooth to either remove the remaining tooth or if this bone (which I now know) was going to remain in the same place- untouched and untreated. I agreed to this charge because I was terrified that the dentist left something in my mouth and I would have a very challenging time eating. So I agreed to yet again another emergency Sunday surcharge (70 EUR), a scan and a “consultation” fee with another doctor. I understand he had to paid also, but if a doctor did not inform me of what was inside my mouth prior it should be the responsibility of the dentist to document this or inform me of how the surgery went, if there is anything remaining and post care treatment requirements. This is a standard worldwide. Unfortunately they also failed at this.

If everything could go wrong this day, it did.

One of 3 owners of the clinic got back to me, but weeks later. This is why none of the administrative issues are not properly sorted out. The doctors solely care for their own finances and if you happen to come at the wrong time on the same day, you’ll have to pay for another surcharge.

This clinic is not worth your time or the urgency of emergency service.
Do yourself good, and do not go to this clinic. There is an average of 3 stars for a reason. Look up other areas for emergency services.

27 -12-2023 hier geweest vanwege en vulling die eruit was gegaan die laten maken moest terplekke gelijk 108.39 euro betalen dat zou ik dan kunnen declareren. Maar helaas kon dat niet maar was blij dat ik van de pijn af was nu viel eergisteren die vulling er weer uit ik gebeld maar kreeg te hoten is geen garantie. Beetje heel erg jammer dat een vulling maar 2 maanden blijft zitten en dat je dan geen garantie krijgt. Is een slechte zaak vind ik met 108.39 rekening
Makkelijk bereikbaar en snel geholpen bij een spoedje. Echter had ik er al gelijk een naar gevoel bij toen ik binnenkwam. Erg rommelig.. ook tijdens de behandeling moest er van alles gezocht worden en in een andere kamer worden gepakt. Eindstand was dat mijn eigen tandarts het later opnieuw mocht doen omdat ik naar buiten ging met een lelijk aangezet stuk tand in de verkeerde kleur.
