The waiting time at this clinic takes longer than 45min to 1 hour. For me this is not normal to wait this long to be attended plus the time your appointment will take. That means you need to consider at least 1,30 hour to go to the dentist. If you are late they charged you for the time they wait for you but what about us waiting 1,5 hour or longer to be attended by the dentist?
I hope that with this review the clinic really take into consideration that is NOT NORMAL to wait so long. My recommendation is to call the next person and mention you are late.

Sinds het vertrek van dr. Barendregt in 2017 is de kwaliteit hard achteruit gegaan. De mondhygieniste mw. Saleme behandelt nu inmiddels met de subtiliteit van een mijnwerker en het temperament van een voetbalcoach en is evenals de huidige leidster van de praktijk niet ontvankelijk voor constructieve feedback. Er wordt niet nagebeld om over de ervaringen te praten, dus het is tijd voor een andere praktijk. -3 klanten.
Signed up to this dentist after moving to the Hague. Hadnt been to the dentist in a few years and they were super nice and helpful and told me what needed more or less attention. I even missed my appointment ones and they were very nice about it and rescheduled to the next day. Alwayd got helped really smooth, lots of families with young kids and a good atmosphere. Overall great experience.
