Graag wil ik jullie behoeden voor deze tandarts praktijk. Zij maken grove fouten die zij jou laten betalen, om vervolgens na de na- behandeling met pijn naar huis te sturen. ” 1 a 2 weken zul je wat na pijn ervaren.” Zeggen zij. Een half jaar later, zit ik nog steeds met me handen in het haar. Leeg geplukt en meer pijn in mijn gebit. Aan de telefoon noch aan de receptie wordt je situatie niet serieus genomen. Jammer!
Een prima tandartsenpraktijk. Alleen wat overdadig veel berichten (sms en e-mail) voorgaand aan je afspraak. Jammer dat de tandarts weinig tot geen communicatie doen over hetgeen hij doet of gaat doen. Dat zou wel helpen, waarmee je ook weet wat er gaat gebeuren en hoe lang het nog duurt.
