I would not recommend this dental practice to anyone. They uphold the lowest ethical standards. I reached out to them to get my discoloured incisor, which had a root canal done almost three decades ago, fixed. It was turning black at the base and was also significantly darker yellow than the surrounding teeth. I indicated that a veneer might be an option for me. The young dentist agreed to it but placed a crown on the tooth instead. I only found out when I received the bill. I knew there was something fishy when I rolled my tongue over the tooth during the operation and found it to have been filed away significantly.
The temporary crown was a complete misfit. I was forced to wear it for three weeks. I had to refrain from smiling or laughing to avoid embarrassment at work.
On the second visit, I discovered the permanent crown’s measurements to be incorrect. The adjustments were made in the dental practice rather than the lab (which I can only imagine to be for cost reasons). Upon family members offering feedback on the crown, I requested for it to be reduced in thickness to match the adjacent incisor. A polisher was used for this, which removed the lab-baked glaze on the crown surface. I was enraged each time I felt the rough surface of the crown. I contacted the owner of the practice, Mr Lamee. He was unresponsive. The only email I received from him was for the payment of the lab costs that were billed to me separately from the dental practice’s own costs. His sense of patient duty was nonexistent.
I am now with another dentist, who, upon hearing my ordeal, wondered why a radical step of a crown was taken to fix this tooth. He added that he would never have inexperienced young dentists perform such treatments. I hope my experience prevents others from becoming a victim of money-greedy dentists like Lamee.

Hele prettige tandarts, vriendelijk, neemt de tijd voor je en legt uit hoe het er voor staat met je gebit. Geen gedoe met onnodige foto’s etc. waardoor de kosten beperkt blijven.
