My husband, kids & I have been coming to Tandzorg Delft Centrum for a couple years now. I was nervous about finding a dentist office to go to as I have a lot of anxiety with going to the dentist; our youngest has ASD, so his own issues; and well, language barrier as my husband & I have struggled to learn Dutch. We have been met with kindness & felt so comfortable, every single visit here. They are so quick & efficient, but I never feel like they are slighting us or doing half a job either. I forget that I had dentist anxieties all my life… as I actually don’t really anymore. My youngest is spoken to with patience & compassion, explaining to him that he needs to do better & how to do better but without a tone of judgement that would make him close down. Ineke in particular is INCREDIBLE!!! But all the other staff we’ve worked with there from reception to hygienist to assistants have all been quite lovely!

Honestly, my experience here is quite mediocre after having been here for 2-3 years. Everything here is what you can expect from the dentist, however, when it relates to the actual work; I feel as if the advice they give here is quite questionable..

After having a problem, I realized the dentists and dental hygienists dont always know what they are talking about. I asked 3 different people here about the same problem and got three completely different answers.. how can I trust their judgement in this way?

Rude staff, bad service, mistakes with billing. They treat you as there are no other dental clinics in the NL and you are their only choice. I’m happy this is not the case. I find it unacceptable that I come 3 mins early for my appointment, waiting for them to call me and only realise 2 minutes after my appointment that it was canceled because I did not register. The staff aggressively say they did not see me, and we’re talking about a small place with 4 waiting seats at the reception.
