I started coming here after my veneer feel off on a Sunday, and they were the only place listed open. I didn’t call that day. However, after reading the yelp reviews, I ended up making an appointment because I desperately needed care.

It was an amazing choice. I have been going here for 3 or 4 years now.

Dr. Chan and Dr. Hoo have amazing bedside manner. The rest of their staff is very kind, and I feel well cared for when I come here. Even though I am I petrified of dentists, I am way more at ease there than I was at previous dental offices.

I also really appreciate the wait times. I can’t think of a time I was waiting longer than 5 minutes. The appointment times are also refreshing; I was able to go at 6 PM on a Tuesday!

I definitely recommend giving this clinic a try!

In the 2020 pandemic: It’s also worth noting that their COVID-19 precautions are top notch. As someone who has some risks for severe infection, I have barely left my house since February. I was very impressed by the variety of methods they use to protect against the spread.

Same day appointment on a Sunday, much needed when I chipped a tooth.
Dr Lauren, Dr Darwin and all the staff were friendly and I felt at ease going there for the first time.
Dr Lauren was very nice, has a calming presence which helps if you’re nervous going to the dentist. She took care of my issue quickly and I was in and out in no time. Thank you Dr!
I will definitely go back soon for routine cleanings etc. Highly recommended.

Our family has been going to Baldwin Hoo, DDS for years. Dr. Hoo is always professional and kind, and Angela is exceptionally nice. I’ve never experienced such great service from any dental assistant. She remembers the little things we talk about, making the experience calm and helping me relax during dentist visits.
