I have always went to this dentist (TCN)during the time I had lived in queens. After moving to Brooklyn I decided to go to a different dentist that was more convenient for me travel wise. My first visit to my new dentist in Brooklyn I ended up developing a fistula due to negligence and improper care for patients. I was referred to another dentist that suggested that I should see a few other dentist that might help me save my tooth before considering extraction. Because, unfortunately he does not specialize in root canal, crown, etc…The dentist said, if I do consider extraction it will be an out of pocket procedure that will cost me around $4000. and he also do not accept any type of payment plan, only debit or credit. I decided to take the 2hr train ride to queens to visit my old dentist (TCN) this dentist literally changed my whole life in just one visit. Not only did they help me resolve the issue that I have been having for months in just one day, but they also took pride in making sure their clients are well taken care of. Honestly the procedure took place the same day which I was super excited about because I didn’t have to book another appointment a month ahead to get the procedure done. but also, I just lovee how they took their time with me. Answering all questions, handling me with care, had other dentist shared their opinion on what was the best option for me. There was no rush. The front desk was helpful and kind. Ommgggg!!! I can literally write a book of how amazing this dentist is. You can just tell the dentist love their job. Like they really do a GREAT job. My appointment was at 12pm. I checked in at 9am and was out of there 11:54am. They also accepted payment plans and I ended up paying half of what the other dentist in Brooklyn was charging.
I came in really nervous. 1. It was my first time there. I didn’t know what to expect, and 2 I usually am nervous about dental services

The young man who does the x-rays was super friendly. I love his humor to help ease my nerves.(I forgot his name though)
The doctor was very informative a d did a good job
Over all I am impressed and told my family members about this place.
Fast but well done job…. At first I was kinda on the iffy side but they turned out to be a good well maintained facility very organized , friendly and know exactly what they are doing which makes me comfortable . The Dentist was explaining everything to me so I would have the knowledge of what will take place now and in the future.. All in all I give them 5 stars ….
