This has been my childhood dentist which I continued to go to into adulthood. Unfortunately, I can no longer support this business as they have had an ongoing mask mandate up until August 2023. The Ontarian government has lifted mask mandates back in 2022 (over a year ago). It is quite ridiculous that the office had ordered patients to wear a mask upon sign in, only to take it off during the service a year after the mandates have been lifted. I would much rather support businesses that give customers the freedom of choice which is why I will be permanently switching over to a new place. I cannot support a business that forces their beliefs on their customers, contrary to the public health and government recommendations. Although they finally dropped their mandates now in August 2023, (long after hospitals) it is too little too late.

Wish could give minus 5 stats. Once just a mediocre dentist she has recently and increasingly evinced indisputable signs of short temperness and impatience. Angrily calling out on a 5 year old kid who accidentally clinged down her teeth on her finger was just pure mean and intolerant. She keeps reeling you in for negligible to unnecessary reasons every now and then and slaps you with a huge bill. I should have way sooner quit going to her for such a blatant rip-off she does disguised under dental work. Also as a personal advise, time to retire Ms. Telch and goodbye.

I have been taking my daughter to Dr. Telch for over 10 years. She is a fantastic dentist. Not only is she very knowledgable, she is helpful and kind. I highly recommend her practice if you are looking for a pediatric dentist.
