Came in today for a Crown consultation. The lead hygienist got me in my chair on time. 20 minutes later for a 15 minute appointment crickets. No one. Went to receptionist shared I was going to move on to my next appointment. She said ok. Offered to rebook. I said thanks anyway.
Sad part manager looking person was sitting in office behind desk.

Look run an appointment based business. Things happen. But communicate; before I arrive, at check in or before you put me in a chair with the napkin around my neck.

Love the convenience but this is the second appointment issue. They want paid if I waste their time. What’s in it for me when you waste mine.

UPDATE: Thank you for the response here. I’m glad I can help others. But still no one has reached out to me or did you even mention hoping I’d come back and someone will reach out. Clearly, my business isn’t wanted. Lowering my score to a 1.

I’ve always had good experiences with Tend but my experience today with Frantz as my hygienist was even better than usual. He was super communicative and very aware for the entire visit. I know that sounds weird, but sometimes you can tell that hygienists are just going through the motions, and I get it, but Frantz was really aware of small things, like when water got on my face, and checking in about my level of comfort. Even when we were waiting for the dentist he kept me updated the entire time so I knew what we were waiting for and it really felt like he was going above and beyond. The entire staff is wonderful there, but Frantz really impressed me!

Literally the best dental experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked through the door, Jose was absolutely amazing and answered all questions the I had prior to be seen. I had a cleaning and examination from the lead dental hygienist, Samantha, who was so thorough and outstanding! She consistently made sure I was comfortable throughout. Lastly, Dr. Guzman explained my examination and wrote me up a treatment plan and thoroughly and honestly explained all of my options. Not to mention, I had a late appt and thought I was going to feel rushed. But it was honestly the exact opposite! I cannot recommend this place enough! 10/10!!!
