My recent dental cleaning at The Classic Smile was truly amazing. The moment I stepped through the door, I was met with a warm smile from Jannell, who made me feel incredibly welcomed.

My dental hygienist Laura was both gentle and thorough during the cleaning, ensuring I was relaxed throughout. She took the time to walk me through the process and patiently answered all my questions.

Dr. Short, the dentist, truly impressed me during my visit. He carefully examined my scan and X-rays, taking the extra effort to thoroughly discuss the results and provide me with a clear understanding of the underlying causes behind my recurring dental issues. Instead of simply addressing immediate concerns, he invested the time to educate me about my dental health, and that’s something I truly value in a dentist.

Overall, my visit and was exceptional and I wholeheartedly recommend this dental office to anyone seeking dental services.

Years of fear brought me the need for major dental work. The entire STAFF from front desk, financial counseling to dentists were pleasant , professional and over the top supportive in every way. I cannot say enough about my experience and outcome. (That’s why I cannot mention individuals) I will continue to travel from Newton to Medford to continue my dental care. It was my first time here after years of seeing the same dentist. The office is very clean and welcoming. The secretary was very nice, super welcoming and explained everything in detail at the end without feeling rushed.
