We had a scheduled appointment for my elderly grandmother. The day before the appointment we received a call expressing that they were overbooked and asking to rebook the appointment. Due to the severity of my grandmothers pain and our condition we refused the rebooking. They fully understood that we too were on a schedule. Upon arrival we were told that there would be a 20 min wait. I expressed again that we had our appointment at 2:30. They expressed that they were running behind. So we waited almost reaching 60 min late with others before us no communication was handed to us. They expressed that they were a walk in clinic but if we have appointments I believe that appointments should be prioritized. This was not communicated when booking the appointment and certainly not communicated when they called saying they were busy. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful in regarding to geriatric care and to the respect of the clients appointments. Front desk and assistant were laughing and poking fun while leaving with my elderly grandmother. Other patients there were frustrated with their wait times of over an hour. Completely inappropriate, unprofessional and disrespectful.

Been going here for years but I’ve had enough!
Last time the dentist was on the phone while he was working on me, making me wait.
He’s very rude, took my hat off instead of just asking me, no respect!
The wait times are horrible, I don’t know why there’s a scheduled appointment if I always have to wait forever!
I had my wisdom teeth pulled, felt nausea and had to vomit…Instead of saying “are you ok?” He said “I told the patient” not to spit or he will rip the stitches”…as if I had any control over that.
They don’t pick up the phone sometimes because the secretary has to help out instead of just being a secretary…you’d think they can afford it when making over $300 off one patient in half hour… Glorified mouth mechanics!
They tell me i brush too hard amd I know I Do NOT. They are the ones that hurt my and are too rough every time I go there! Hypocrits!
The secretaries are usually very nice, all this was the one doctor who ruined it for me, i think a Brazilian guy with glasses. Thanks!
Now i will go further to another place but atleast they are better!
