The staff at Crossings Dental is SO friendly and thorough. They know each of us by name and are always asking how the other is doing. The front office staff works to accommodate our schedules and provide great reminders and follow ups. We have detailed discussions on next steps and plans for dental care and costs for our planning purposes so there are no surprises. The dental care team does a great job with the adults and especially the kids. They truly treat us very well and provide exceptional dental services. Would highly recommend!
I needed to find a new dentist after moving to the Hoover area and decided to give the Crossings Dental Center a try. This ended up being the best decision EVER! I have pretty extreme dental anxiety, but no longer dread going for cleanings thanks to Dr. Ngo and his team. They truly care about their patients and do everything to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I could not recommend them enough!
I’ve got great news for anyone who has teeth! Dr Ngo and the entire team at The Crossings Dental is by far the BEST Dental practice I have ever been to. And I am old enough to have been to quite a few. Me and my teeth love going here . Dr Ngo is top notch and the customer service is like nothing I’ve experienced before. Me and my teeth highly recommend!
