I had a tooth extracted but the dentist struggled to get one bit out that had broken away when removing. Constantly pulling and slipping the tool whacking it against a tooth above resulting in the tooth chipping off after 2 weeks. Returned and explained to another dentist who dismissed my claim. It had a newish filling (18 months old), he did some poking around and I had no issues but was told I need a whole new filling etc. Cost PS80 just to tell me that. Got second opinion elsewhere and all that was needed was a patch up. Still getting correspondence from them hounding me to book in with their hygienist (another task that isn’t needed, as per my new dentist) 2 years later even though I’ve asked to be removed for their records.

Absolutely fantastic service. I had been putting off going to a dentist for a while so was a little nervous however all of the staff are so lovely and really look after their patients and make you feel at ease. They have also gone above and beyond to keep patience and staff safe during the current pandemic and I feel confident visiting.
