People are lovely but policies are inconvenient and horrible. For example I phoned and booked a hygienist appointment, nobody asked for a deposit. Then when I arrived for the appointment two months later they had given it away because I hadn’t paid a deposit. They had only called to ask for the deposit from an unknown number – they had not left a voicemail, sent an email or a text. So the impact is that nobody told me my appointment had been cancelled and my trip was wasted. The receptionist was lovely and apologetic, but said it is the policy to only phone and not leave messages. So it’s the policy to cancel appointments without telling patients!

I have seen 2 of the dentists here and the hygienist recently and they’re all fantastic, so are their dental nurses. The clinic is clean welcoming and lovely, the hygienist was so affordable and friendly and she did a fantastic job on my tea stained teeth, I normally hate going to the dentist but I am so glad I found this place. Even the receptionist was great and really helpful!!!

Today’s visit I would have to say went smoother and better than any previous experience I’ve had with dentists. Receptionist was also really helpful and quick to answer any of my queries.

As I suffer with anxiety when it comes to dentists, leaving there today was a positive one. Felt at ease majority of the time.
