By far the best practice I’ve used. I first visited The Neem Tree for an emergency root canal with Dr Anand carrying out the procedure. It was evident just how intelligent and professional he was during a very informative consultation. I was both surprised and delighted upon the session ending as I hadn’t experienced any of the discomfort I was anticipating having never had a root canal before.
I followed this up with regular hygienist appointments with Alice who’s wealth of knowledge changed my habits for the better overnight. She’s gone above and beyond in our sessions and I truly felt my wellbeing was the only priority. Feeling as if in your in the right hands with people that truly care really matters, Alice made me feel just this from the get-go.
The rest of the team I’ve encountered have been delightful, it’s refreshing the find a practice with such a high level of expertise matched with their care for the customer. I’ve since sent friends their way and will continue to do so.
After recently relocating to Esher, I developed a dental problem. I joined the Neem Tree practice which was recommended by my daughter. And, I was not disappointed. I was extremely anxious as I had been to my previous dentist for 20 years before relocating. However, Dr Joana who I saw initially, put me at ease and gave me sound advice and treatment. I had to have root canal treatment. Doctor Nuno was compassionate and understanding besides being an experienced and competent dentist who specializes in root canal treatment. He was very thorough. Then, there is Mel on the desk who is always welcoming which one needs when visiting the dentist! Thank you for the outstanding treatment.
I’ve had Invisalign over the past few years here. I’ve been seen by Dr Nuno, Aliki and Joana and my teeth have been transformed. I recently saw Alice for a hygienist appointment. My teeth were in desperate need of it and left with my teeth shining, clean and fresh again. Her passion for teeth and getting customers the best results possible during her session is different level. It’s infectious and I left determined to follow the guidance she gave and keep up the results she was able to give in just 1 session. Thankyou!
