I got my gum line of my two front bottom teeth replaced as it was receding. The surgery went well and healed nicely. I went back last friday and again today (april 26, 2024) to get the deep cleaning done. The staff is amazing, the doctor was amazing. They answered all my question.. even some i didnt even ask. I live an hour away and drove here specifically to get this procedure done. Before i went, i visited a local dentist in my town to get a second opinion and as pure coincidence the dentist i went to go see in my home town went to school with the Dr. Jividen. He said he would trust his judgment and even trust him to work on his kids. He was absolutely right because everyone was absolutely amazing even on days i was over 10 min late to an appointment. If i could give more then 5 stars i would.
Estimate was very high. Told them not to do work without an estimate from the moment I walked in…they did anyway. They tried to charge me, but relented when I noted my demand for an estimate on my initial paperwork. Sought a second opinion and estimate and could not get the x-rays, ct-scan records that I paid for from “The Ohio Periodontal” in a reasonable time. Problematic.
Have had several dental implants done here over the last few years. Dr Jividen is the BEST, along with his office staff! Always great work, competent, & kind , caring & friendly. My husband has shared the same experiences at this office. Definitely recommended!
