I waited to write a review in case the service changed mid treatment. It didn’t, so here goes. Dr Alba is ONE OF A KIND 100%. Her customer service is bar-none exceptional. We started a treatment plan in December and she took the time to explain everything in detail so the patient understands the whole process from the beginning to the end. I have seen many doctors in my lifetime and unfortunately I’ve noticed most have lost care for their patients need & they care more about their “bottom line”. I didn’t feel that while seeing this doctor & I’d suggest for other doctors to take a training class with this talented woman. I pray for much success for her and her team of ladies who also have excellent customer service skills. Please give this local woman owned family business a try, you will not regret it!!

Dr. Dugarte and her staff are wonderful. I’m always very anxious on my appointments but Dr. Dugarte is very patient and caring. She has the greatest knowledge and experience with complex prosthodontics cases and delivers treatment with attention to the smallest detail. I highly recommend Dr. Dugarte, she is the best prosthodontist in Pearland.
