We’ve been travelling from regional Vic to The Smile Team for nearly 15 years for our routine appointments and while it’s a full days effort, it is always worthwhile! The team are so warm and welcoming and the experience is always relaxing. From meaningful conversations, follow up phone calls and birthday messages, the Smile Team go above and beyond to make you genuinely feel cared for! We are so thankful for the recommendation all those years ago and are honoured to recommend them to anyone else wanting the best dental care & experience!
Me and my husband have been going to the smile team for over 5 years now and have been very pleased with the service and quality. The reception team is super friendly and always tries to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I have been seeing Dr Brad and Dr Julie and both are excellent dentist, they explain the procedure to you and monitor very closely any changes that might happening. I definitely would recommend doing cleans regularly, which has helped my husband to reduce the risk for decays! I couldn’t recommend the smile team!
My daughter has been doing her regular dental visits with Natalie since she was two and absolutely loves to go there. As a mum, it has been a great pleasure to see how much she has been learning how to care for her little teeth and how important it is that she is aware of oral hygiene —–I appreciate Nat and her team’s professionalism and caring attitude! They definitely have created such a friendly and warm atmosphere in their clinic and make kids look forward to seeing their dentists.
