I cannot stress how horrible the management of this office is. I went in to my annual as a new patient and was advised I need a crown. I’ve had to re/schedule my appointment three times awaiting a call to advise my out of pocket responsibility. I was advised I would hear back the same day as my original appointment. I called to follow up two weeks later and the receptionist was extremely rude and advised I would hear back a week before the appointment as it takes time. I advised her I was following up because I was advised I would hear back two weeks prior and did not. She advised she would have someone call me back. My appointment was again a week away and nothing. I called back and asked for a manager. Receptionist advised there’s a manager but not at that office that day and she would have her call back. Mo call back. Called again and was advised the office does not have a manager just a regional manager. I asked for a call back. Nothing. I call yesterday and said woman picks up again. Again she’s rude and sarcastic. Advised there’s no manager and that my message was sent to the regional manager again. I requested to speak to the doctor at this point because this is ridiculous. She advised I would get a call back. Nothing yet. My appointment is tomorrow and I have to reschedule again. I can’t chew on that side of my mouth and it hurts and I still can’t get work done. At 65 years old, I have gone to several dentists in the many places I’ve lived. Without a doubt, Dr. Casanova has been the best dentist with impeccable integrity. (My wife feels the same as well). He truly cares about his patients in a way I’ve never experienced before. He actually called me from a wedding when he heard I broke a tooth!!!! UNFORTUNATELY, by selling the practice to a corporation (Smiist) he gave up the ability to control certain things that were important to him (Ethics, Integrity, etc) and is now gone. I can guarantee that Dr. Casanova’s patients are as loyal as my wife and I are and their business will hurt. Personally, I would never go anywhere that puts profit over patients.

This office is very efficient from the moment u walk in. Insurance verification was done and was announced to me while in the treatment room that all was verified and Dr Casanova was appointed as my dentist. She also processed my husband being he had an upcoming appointment. What a relief!! The hygienist was fabulous. She effectively probed and cleaned my teeth. It was from HER advisement last year that I had very little bleeding. She is professional and experienced. Dr. Casanova is great and verified that my teeth are in great shape. If u are looking for a dentist–this is the office. Look no further.
