FROM A FOREVER GRATEFUL AND PAIN FREE CLIENT THAT HAS HAS HAS TO GIVE A SPECIAL SHOUTOUT TO:

The lovely Dr. Patel, Amber her rockstar hygienist, and Jennifer the beautiful lady sitting at the front desk at the Tooth corner on Pelham Rd.

Now Dr. Patel, Amber, and Jennifer are a power team.

Dr. Patel must be the most skilled dentist I’ve ever had the painful pleasure of meeting. She will take the time to explain to you what the best coarse of action to be taken. Moreover she has a skilled and sturdy hand , a keen eye, and an impeccable attention to detail! Amber is an unbelievably positive, patient, FUNNY, skilled, and overall just such a pleasure to be around. Amber makes the experience that much tolerable and quite frankly calmer and smoother. She is so awesome, you’ll find yourself wanting to go back just to say hello! Not for anything PAIN RELATED, for you won’t play a waiting game with Jennifer, she is always on top of making sure all the patents are booked in, looked after, followed up with, and taken care of as soon as you give her a call, she will even go as far as helping you book a specialist appointment when recommended. She really makes sure she does all she can to make sure your time awaiting to be seen is as minimal as the pain you hope to be in when you leave the office.

This was hands down one of the most excruciatingly painful experiences I’ve ever had to endure, so I must express that my tooth was done just yesterday, and I only say this because of how much more, It compelled me to write this review.
I only hope is that the scope of my visits both in length and in deep abundance of gratitude is clearly expressed both to you and to anyone looking to get their Teeth done, so thank you, thank you, thank you!

Went in for a cleaning and was ready to leave as soon as I sat in the chair. The place is dirty, there are cob webs and dirt in the corners of the rooms, I sure hope they clean their instruments better than they clean the building. I thought I was getting rads by the hygienist, like a normal dentist office but the lady was not a hygienist, she was the hired help. My cleaning was done by the dentist which is completely bizarre to me, it was al ultrasonic and no hand scaling or probing done at all, it was painful and rough the entire time. I was asked to remove the dental radiograph film from my own mouth and when I was ready to leave was asked to come back to rinse with fluoride because they forgot. I went back and did it and the helper said I could turn on the suction to remove the excess from my mouth myself. I felt like I was in an alternate universe. Since when is it my job to touch the expensive equipment that I have no business touching? I will not be back and don’t recommend their services to anyone that cares about cleanliness and appropriate dental care.
Listen, this dentist office is so underrated! They have hard working, smart and compassionate dentists and staff. They take all insurances and if you dont have coverage they work with you. I was embarrassed and uncomfortable
to see a dentist and kept putting it off, but Im so glad I found them, they all were so great and accommodating. Its also a wonderful choice if you feel more comfortable dealing with female over male staff and i know im not the only one who does….
With the dental benefits coming in 2024/2025 its going to be harder to find a spot at a dentists office (I called at least 10 offices in Niagara that werent taking new patients or had a long wait to get an appointment) so definitely get ahead of the game and call to get an appointment now.
