I had IV sedation sleep dentistry with Dr Oliver Cvekus at The VIllage Dentist in Castle Hill. I also had Dr Minoo Vellani assist with the IV sedation.
I had a broken tooth that had caused an infection. I also had a couple of mercury fillings that I wanted to have removed. I was nervous about doing so much work whilst awake because I’ve had unpleasant experiences in the past so that’s why I decided to do it using sleep dentistry. No pain and no negative memories of the experience. When I first met with Dr Cvekus about my broken tooth and infection I felt comfortable with him and knew that he was the right Dentist to take care of me. Dr Cvekus and all of his staff were so friendly and accommodating. At no point did I feel like he was in a hurry. He took his time with me and was thorough in his approach. I have never met such a friendly and accommodating Dentist. I left the Dentist that day actually looking forward to having my procedure done. I’d never looked forward to seeing a Dentist before that. What a beautiful feeling that was. I now have a wonderful dentist who I trust and will have no hesitation seeing him more regularly from now on.

I had no anxiety at all leading up to the day of my procedure day because I felt so comfortable with him. That same night I had no pain at all and only very minor swelling. This has been the most pleasant dental experience I’ve ever experienced and I have both Dr Oliver Cvekus and Dr Minoo Vellani (IV sedation) to thank for this.
If you’re looking for a Dentist who you can feel comfortable with, I highly recommend Dr Oliver Cvekus and his super wonderful team. Thank you Dr Oliver Cvekus.
My grandad had a severe toothache and I phoned and spoke to Michele about access as he can’t climb stairs. She was extremely helpful, explained there was elevator access and made him an appointment the be seen on the day! She also emailed me a map of the surgery and how to access it.

He explained the reasons for his pain in simple understandable terms. He removed the unsavable tooth without any pain. Pop said it was the best experience he has ever had at a dentist. First time visiting the Village Dentist due to hearing great things about them. The Dentist Oliver and the Hygienist Jen were so professional, thorough and gave me a positive experience. I have never felt more comfortable at the dentist and would highly recommend. The clean was extremely thorough and painless. Wondering staff and very friendly.
