First time visiting today for a checkup and registering as a new patient and wow I have never seen a dental practice so clean and so polite. As soon as you walk in the receptionist is extremely polite then seeing the dentist and dental nurse is the exact same, such a clean and friendly place to be. I suffer with anxiety due to a bad experience with a previous dental surgery but Ellie really made me so relaxed and calm, she talked through the plan with me for my dental care and explained everything. There all so lovely, thank you for making my children , myself and my partner feel so welcomed aswell, 2 of them suffer from autism and the kindness and patience with them also even though it wasn’t there oppointment this time was just fabulous
Wonderfully experienced and friendly practice who value their patients. Dr Elena Burrows is simply amazing and takes time to explain options and procedures carefully. Reception staff are very friendly and efficient as are all the Dental staff. Highly recommended.
Generally prompt with being seen at appointments. Hygienist Zee assures comfort and relaxed environment, together with the dental nurses. Happy with service. Saw Ellen recently for check up and was happy with her aerobics and recommendations for moving forward.
