I normally don’t bother writing reviews because I don’t ever want to be that person to say anything bad about someone business. But in this case I felt like it’s so necessary. For the most part the staff is pretty polite and professional, the assistants as well all speak Spanish and English and don’t mind answering any questions . The reception that help me was super sweet. The female Asia dentist is ok she is gentle and also explains to you what she is doing and try’s her best to make u as comfortable as possible
I went in today for an extraction and she unfortunately couldn’t get the tooth out so she had to call the male doctor; he came in never introduced his self and was very rude and nasty. No bed side manner at all. Because I was getting an extraction I felt a lot of pressure and I grabbing my own face opposite of where the male dentist was extraction my tooth and he was so nasty and told me if I couldn’t keep my hands down he would not help me. And was going to just send me someone where else . After running up my insurance , and after my tooth was almost half way out he was just going to send me out of the office like that.
After he pulled my tooth he left the room with not a word . Like he was so bothered to even be there.
Do NO let this man touch you if you can be service by any one in the office I would recommend you do so he clearly does not like what he does or where he is and it shows completely. The worst service I have ever received especially when it has to do with healthcare. If I wasn’t in so much pain and the tooth wasn’t already half out I would have gotten up.
Please don’t even waste your time he will leave you in pain run up your insurance and not even help you . Horrible dentist.

I’ve been coming here for years (since 2018), and the last two times I came I noticed their quality went down drastically!!! My appointment was at 11:30 today, and I’m just getting seen right now (1:50 pm). Also, last time I was here, the cleaning was not done thoroughly, the dentist (an Asian guy) skipped a whole part at the bottom right! They also didn’t use a professional brush at the end of cleaning. They used a very week one and the lady didn’t use it to thoroughly go over each tooth with that whitening paste.

An update: I complained about not having all the stains removed last time. He gave me a mirror this time, just to tell me to find a new dentist! And they didn’t use the polishing paste this time!!! So not only did he miss to do corrections, but he also left it incomplete– the polishing is a common part of the procedure!

Needless to say that I won’t be coming back!

HORRIBLE DENTIST DR SUNG KWANG KIM NO COMMUNICATION AND VERY RUDE !!!!!!! WAITED 5 HOURS FOR HIM TO TELL ME HE CANY LROVIDE THE SERVICE I CAME FOR BECAUSE THE DR DIDNT SEND THE FILES ON WHAT TEETTH TO PULL !! WHICH IS NOT CORRECT I CALLE THE DR IN FRONT OF HIM AND HE REFUSED AND THE DR SENT ALL FILES AND DOCUMENTS TO HIM WITH HIS NAME AND DR OFFICE ON THE LETTER HEAD ! I WOULD NEVER COME BACK TO THIS OFFICE AGAIN
