Reviews:
Really bad experience. Everything was good until one of the crowns done by Dr. Bishara got infected 1.5 years after he installed the crown (he installed two crowns at about the same time). First, he assured me the problem will go away after I finish the course of antibiotics he prescribed. With yet another tooth, when the piece broke off, he wouldn’t refer me to endodontist, wanting to do endo himself. Yet I went to see my endodontist anyway. The endodontist basically confirmed that reason for infection was the poorly installed crown. (Fast forward, my new dentist also confirmed that the second crown was poorly installed and it is just a matter of time when it gets infected.) Endodontist also was rather shocked to find out about the “antibiotic” treatment. I believe Dr. Bishara just didn’t want me to see the endodontist, because his poor techniques become apparent. When I approached Dr. Bishara to fix his defective work – retreatment of the crown for free – he wouldn’t agree to it. At some point he suggested to just pull the crown. Then he backtracked himself and wanted to basically extract the perfectly treatable tooth without letting me know. I was lucky to catch that because I saw that Dr. Bishara wanted to give me anesthetic, but I never use anesthetic. Really terrible experience. I was leaving his office crying and shaken. Avoid this doctor as much as you can.
I’ve been a patient here for about 2 years.Coming from someone that hates going to the dentist I must say that I actually like coming here. My last visit I fell asleep while getting a root canal done. (YES A ROOT CANAL) Talk about being embarrassed they really had to wake me up a few times to open my mouth… Lol All I kept hearing was wait wait open your mouth don’t bite me. Lol (they were understanding and nice about it) I’m a big cry baby when it comes to dentist, but Dr. Bishara has made me feel nothing but comfortable. I once admitted to him that I would avoid going to the dentist as much as possible in the pass. He said something along the lines of me not wanting to look like a pumpkin when I smile every since that day I smile and go into the office willingly. Dr.Bishara a great doctor he is very easy to talk to, if you have a problem he listens and makes sure your comfortable before leaving. All of the staff are very friendly and easy going. I would highly recommend Dr. Bishara.
The worst experience in my life . I don’t recommend this place for any one. You will be disappointed. They are careless. The dentist did the wrong root canal and he even didn’t ask where’s the pain and when we told him he refused to complete his work.we are actually disappointed.
