Dr. Stern is really wonderful. I grew up in very bad circumstances; we didn’t always have a roof over our head let alone running water. You can imagine what that does to one’s teeth when they never had any type of dental care. I’ve spent my adult life trying to recover from the poor dental hygiene of my childhood but it’s certainly not financially a walk in the park. I have had some not so friendly experiences and it’s really overwhelming to walk into a new office and not know what to expect. Dr. Stern and staff are respectful and very kind. I had a follow up issue on a day that the office was closed and he still returned a message from me and took care of what I urgently needed help with. I was referred to him by a few locals as I am new to Philadelphia and I absolutely see why.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Stern for over 10 years now. The professional, yet personalized service that he and his staff provide always gives me with a feeling of satisfaction that I rarely experience with other health professionals these days. Upon arrival I never need to wait more than 5 minutes past my appointment time for my examination or cleaning to begin. He and his staff are always thorough and when an issue arises, they provide me with excellent recommendations and alternatives. Lastly, his staff works with my insurance carrier to pick up most (if not all) of the costs for the care and services he and his staff provide. Great job Dr. Stern!
Dr. Stern was very patient accommodating knowledgeable as well as thorough. You might even say a bit of a perfectionist which is something you want with cosmetic dentistry !!The staff very inviting and friendly. I would definitely recommend and plan to go back to this top ten dentist _honestly I didn’t even feel like I was at a dentist I felt like I just walked out of a spa _ I received such pampered treatment! I felt like I just spent money at a spa. I would definitely trust Dr Thomas J Stern DMD with my mouth(face!)100% I’m very much looking forward to discussing a treatment plan to give me back my smile
