The one gold star goes out to all the amazing staff that answeres the phones and the nurses. One nurse in particular , Erin, in SK office went above and beyond for me and I am so thankful!! Unfortunately, my new med doctor (perscribing nurse), ELIZABETH RAPOSA, is the worst!! I am a transgender female on Social Security for my issues. When my Thundermist prescriber left, I was switched to RAPOSA. Without talking to me or meeting me she changed several of my prescriptions. I WAS NOT INFORMED of these changes. I was just called in rx that to me, were wrong. I was confused. Had to chase answeres. At this point, I tried to talk to RAPOSA. She did not listen, work with me, or help me in any way. She was yelling and threatening me on the phone today after I was told that I should be ok withdrawing from my medication that she hasn’t filled in 34 days. Unaccebtable!! I put my wife on the phone where RAPOSA continued to yell and act out of control while my wife tried to calm her down. She then hung up on my wife. How am I suppose to deal with this?? I am 47 years old. I deserve to be treated with respect and empathy. Suffering is all RAPOSA has given me. Trying to hold on but I’m really loosing my mind. I’m slipping and she does not care. I’m very very depressed today.
During my vacation, I came in with my daughter for antibiotic drops, who very clearly had swimmers ear. The facility was nice and we were seen quickly but those were the only positives. The PA we saw was not knowledgeable at all with basic anatomy, which is truly inexcusable. Swimmers ear is an infection of the outer ear but she repeatedly said it was a middle ear infection from swimming. I asked her if she meant outer ear but she said no, middle ear and prescribed antibiotic drops. I pushed for clarification, since drops are for outer ear infections and oral antibiotics are for middle ear infections. After some back-and-forth, she looked it up on her phone and then corrected herself that it was an outer ear infection.

I have zero medical training, I’m a photographer. How can it be possible that I know more about basic human anatomy than a trained professional? Who is hiring these people?

We also were incorrectly billed for the service. I have called the billing department 3 times to get it resolved, after my insurance company sided with me and provided me a letter to give to them. I can’t get anyone on the phone and they keep sending me bills. I will not be returning.

Dr Dimick is the worst doctor I’ve had. I’ve never had a doctor not care about what I’m saying about myself and my own body, she just went off of what she believed by my past medical records and that’s it. She put aside the issues that I CAME IN FOR, and believed what she herself thought. I’ve never met a doctor so not patient oriented. It’s almost like she’s there for a paycheck and that’s it. Not to mention the call center for thundermist is HORRIFYING. One lady was literally going through my records asking me about PAST visits, and another one, I had to explain my whole medical situation for her to even make me an appointment for some reason. And these people aren’t doctors or nurse, they work from home and are supposed to ONLY make appointments. The call center itself turns me away from this place, nevermind the primary care. Their dental office and the front staff for medical is great though!
