Dentist is lovely but trying to see her is ridiculous in an emergency. They no longer hold any emergency appointments for on day. So u have to wait 2weeks plus for appointments. Which is fine for a check up but not emergency pai situations. They tell you to call up a dental surgery other side of city if you can’t wait. I shouldn’t have to get 2 buses while in extreme pain and discomfort to see a dentist and a stranger dentist at that. I’m autistic so i struggle with dentist anyway but I loved this pratice and dentist for how lovely and kind they were and understandimg but it all but disappeared it seems now. I hope it gets better again but honestly thinking of swapping surgeries due to not being able to get the care I need.
Had a filling just over a year ago and my filling recently fell out, this lead to my tooth breaking. Upon trying to contact my dentist the phone would just ring out. Ended up going through 111.
And now this month (Dec 2022) my daughter is suffering with severe dental pain and I still cannot get hold of tile hill dental practise. Have also tried phoning the main Bhandals on Foleshill road to no avail. Again I have had to go through the 111 service.
What’s the point in being registered with a dental practise that never answered the telephones!

I have not been to the dentist for a very long time due to bad experiences as a child and adult, but having severe tooth ache I had to go, from start to finish I felt at ease, treated with dignity and kindness and was talked through the whole process, couldn’t have asked for a better experience
