This is not something that i will not do. But i will rate this clinic with 1. The receptionist is very friendly and accommodating. But i went there for my son’s dental problem and not for any behavioral or autism related problem.

They lured him to get a toy, which for sure my son will be amazed because he is a child to sit on the dental chair. But the dentist didnt know that i already informed my son what he will do on a dental clinic beforehand. He sat down and opened his mouth . Its his first time! And of course my guy will for sure be afraid sometimes to open his mouth! And this dentist told me that my son has a problem with behavior, that he is tiptoeing, no eye contact and does not follow direction. I already know what she is trying to point. But ive known my son so well and this is not the right time, right place to discuss behavioral problems. He didnt even act, he didnt even cry, he didnt even ran away. He sat down and he was judged for just 1 minute. You are not a developmental pediatrician. Been there done that. So you have to pay close attention to what you say to your patients. I will never let you judge any child again based on what you see for 1 minute. You didnt focus on my son’s teeth. I didnt had the best experience and will never ever come back.

Dr.Israa and her assistant Maryam are extremely helpful, warm and sweet. If I could give them more stars I would. They took me in when I had gotten my wisdom tooth taken out at another dental facility. Unfortunately, the other dental office was not open the day I had extreme pain..! Dr. Isra’s office was open during a Sunday; and while it’s rare to find a dentist office open during the beginning of the week, I was extremely fortunate to have found her. Dr. Israa and Maryam are definitely lifesavers to the pain I was enduring. They really made me feel the comfort and love any client should feel when getting any procedure done. They are a gift from the “dental gods”! Thank you again Dr. Israa and Maryam!

I have had excellent experiences with Dr. Isra and her team. They are very meticulous with their approach and very honest. They also made me feel super comfortable during my injection moments. Their staff are very friendly and it’s always super accommodating to visit them. Dr. Isra is very knowledgeable and she does a great job. Definitely recommend. Thank you for fixing my teeth and giving me a gentle experiences. 🙂
