Due to Covid, had gone to a private hygienist twice a year for cleanings, but had not been to a dentist. Recently had some pain and discomfort, so I went to a dentist near me, who said I needed a root canal and other work. However, this dentist was not registered with the new Canadian dental plan for seniors. I contacted Toothworks and went to four appointments (exam/xrays, root canal, cleaning, cavities). Great people from the front desk to the assistants, hygienist and dentist. I was just back in yesterday for a fifth visit, as my bite didn’t feel quite right. The dentist did some grinding, which quickly solved the problem. I heartily recommend Toothworks to anyone. They rock!

Rose is also the best hygienist I’ve ever had teeth cleaning done by – she’s friendly, very thorough and doesn’t hesitate to walk you through each step of the cleaning process to keep you well informed about what’s going on and does a great job letting the patient know about dental hygiene best practices. My mother has her cleaning done last week from Vivek and she couldn’t be more happy with the entire process. Vivek combined painless with deep cleaning and my mother experienced zero discomfort (she has very sensitive gums). My mother already told the Staff that her next cleaning appointment better be with Vivek because she isn’t going to trust anyone else for her cleaning moving forward.
